Motorcycle Accidents in Florida

In the entire United States, Florida has the second-highest number of registered motorcyclists. Sadly, the state also leads the country in fatal motorcycle collisions. While many people in the state choose to ride motorcycles, riders are vulnerable to a host of risks each time they hit the road.

Distracted and inattentive motorists often fail to notice motorcyclists on the road, hitting them as they change lanes or make turns. In 2016, there were 515 rider fatalities reported in the state.
