Jacksonville, FL – Multi-Car Accident with Injuries in SB Lanes of I-95
Jacksonville, FL (April 29, 2020) – Around 6:30 a.m. this morning, Duval County authorities and other responders were dispatched to the scene of a multi-car accident in Jacksonville.
The accident involved at least two but possibly more vehicles and led to extensive damages, leading to delays in the area for a period of time.
The crash occurred when the vehicles were involved in a chain-reaction collision in the southbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Butler Boulevard. There were extensive damages to the vehicles involved.
Police confirmed that injuries were reported as a result of the collision. Paramedics were seen helping those with injuries and the roadway was blocked in the left lane for a period of time.
No further details have been provided. The investigation remains ongoing.
