Jacksonville, FL – Serious Multi-Vehicle Collision on I-95

Jacksonville, FL (November 18, 2019) – Around 4 a.m. this morning, a serious multi-vehicle collision caused severe delays on I-95 around the area of University Boulevard.

Police have not yet confirmed the circumstances leading up to the accident but have confirmed that the collision took place in the northbound lanes of traffic. The accident was a chain-reaction collision that occurred for reasons that are still under investigation.

The number of emergency vehicles in the area contributed to delays in the area. Paramedics were seen assisting multiple parties, though we do not know their current conditions.

No other details have been released. The investigation into the accident is currently ongoing.

Our thoughts are with the injured victims and their families in hopes of a full recovery.
