Jacksonville, FL – Pedestrian Killed in Hart Expressway (FL-228) Crash
Jacksonville, FL (January 6, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident claimed the life of one pedestrian on Friday.
On January 3, authorities were called to the scene of a major motor vehicle accident on the southbound side of the Hart Expressway. Reports indicate that a car struck a pedestrian along the expressway between Atlantic Boulevard and University Boulevard.
Unfortunately, the pedestrian sustained fatal injuries in the collision and was declared deceased at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
