Jacksonville, FL (December 17, 2019) – Around 3:30 a.m. this morning, a serious multi-vehicle car accident took place at a Jacksonville intersection that led to injuries.

The accident, according to police, took place in the westbound lanes at the intersection of FL-10 and Chaffee Road in Jacksonville. Police believe that two or more vehicles collided after entering the intersection at the same time.

The exit ramp to Chaffee was blocked for most of the morning. Police urged those in the area to use caution.

Paramedics assisted one or more victims at the scene of the accident. Their injuries are unknown at this time.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
