Jacksonville, FL – 1 Killed in Fatal Head-on Collision on FL-115

Middleburg, FL – Fatal Collision at Peppergrass St Intersection

Middleburg, FL (February 23, 2020) – In the evening last night, a fatal collision took place at the intersection of Peppergrass Street and Blanding Boulevard in Middleburg.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a 47-year-old man was killed in the accident. An 8-year-old girl who was in the same vehicle was taken to the hospital with injuries.

Police confirmed that one vehicle crossed in front of the other, causing them to collide with one another.

The driver of the other vehicle was not hurt but a 5-year-old was injured.

The investigation into the accident continues.
