Palatka, FL (May 8, 2020) – Around noon today, authorities responded to the scene of a hit-and-run crash in Palatka.

The accident, according to police, took place at the intersection of North Palm Avenue and Augusta Road in Palatka.

Police did not confirm the exact circumstances leading up to the accident but it is believed that one vehicle collided with another at the intersection and then fled the scene of the collision.

Injuries were reported as a result of the accident. Paramedics were called to the scene to assist those with injuries.
