Green Cove Springs, FL – Car Accident with Injuries on US-17
Green Cove Springs, FL (December 18, 2019) – Around 5:30 a.m. this morning, Clay County authorities responded to the scene of a car accident on US-17.
According to police, the accident took place in the area of the Shands Bridge in Green Cove Springs. The collision happened near the area where US-17 and SR-16 connect with each other.
Police have not confirmed the exact circumstances that led up to the accident but it is believed that at least two or more vehicles collided for unknown reasons. There were extensive damages and paramedics were present to assist those with injuries.
Further details have not yet been released. The investigation is currently ongoing.
