Green Cove Springs, FL (December 18, 2019) – Around 5:30 a.m. this morning, Clay County authorities responded to the scene of a car accident on US-17. According to police, the accident took place in the area of the Shands Bridge in Green Cove Springs. The collision happened near the area where US-17 and SR-16 connect with each other.
