Jacksonville, FL (January 30, 2020) – Around 10:30 a.m. this morning, police responded to the scene of a hit-and-run crash on FL-9A before the I-10 area. Jacksonville Police responded to the scene of the collision where they found that a vehicle struck another and then fled the scene of the accident.
