Jacksonville, FL (February 9, 2020) – Around 2:30 a.m. this morning, a pedestrian was seriously injured in an accident at a Jacksonville intersection. The collision took place at the intersection of 103rd Street and Ricker Road. The pedestrian was trying to cross the street in a crosswalk. Jacksonville, FL (January 19, 2020) – Around 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 18th, the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a serious pedestrian accident. According to authorities, the collision took place on Western Way on the Southside of Jacksonville. Officers confirmed that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital but their injuries were not considered to be life-threatening. Police blocked off both lanes of traffic in the area. The investigation is currently ongoing.
