Archer, FL (July 28, 2020) – Around 3 p.m. this afternoon, police responded to the scene of a car accident at an Archer intersection.

According to authorities who were immediately prompted to the scene of the collision, the crash took place between two vehicles this afternoon at the intersection of 109th Street and SR-24. The vehicles involved entered the intersection at the same time. Both vehicles were badly damaged as a result of the accident.

Paramedics, fire crews, and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident. They assisted those with injuries, though the extent of the injuries has not yet been released. Police did not say how many were hospitalized as a result.

The roadway was quickly reopened by police following the collision.

No further details have been released but the investigation continues at this time.
