Jacksonville, FL – Car Accident on I-295 Near Area of Morse Ave
Jacksonville, FL (June 13, 2020) – Late last night, authorities responded to the scene of a car accident with injuries in Jacksonville.
According to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, the accident took place around 10 p.m. when multiple vehicles forcefully collided in the southbound lanes of I-295, leading to extensive damages. The crash took place around the area of Morse Avenue.
Paramedics and numerous other responders were present at the scene of the accident. They assisted those with injuries, though the conditions of those involved are not yet known.
The roadway was blocked for a short period of time but police were able to clear the scene. Traffic resumed as normal.
No further details have been provided but the investigation continues.
