Jacksonville, FL – Fatal Pedestrian Accident at Dunn Ave and Harts Rd
Jacksonville, FL (June 4, 2020) – Last night, a fatal pedestrian accident took the life of one victim at an intersection in Jacksonville.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the pedestrian was attempting to cross Dunn Avenue at Harts Road when she was struck by a pickup truck.
The victim, who has not yet been identified by police, was taken to a local hospital where she tragically succumbed to her injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck, a 53-year-old Fleming Island man, was not injured in the accident. He remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
The investigation into the collision continues.
