Jacksonville, FL – Hit-and-Run Accident on I-10

Jacksonville, FL (January 5, 2020) – Around 11 a.m. this morning, the Jacksonville Police Department was called to the scene of a serious hit-and-run accident.

The accident, according to authorities, took place on I-10 in the eastbound lanes before the area of Stockton Street in Jacksonville.

Police did not comment on the exact circumstances of the accident but it is believed that one vehicle collided with another and then fled the scene.

Paramedics were present at the scene assisting other emergency responders as they offered their help to injured victims.

No further details have been released but the investigation into the accident is ongoing.
