Jacksonville, FL – Serious Pedestrian Accident on 103rd St

Jacksonville, FL (December 20, 2019) – Last night, December 19, police responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident at 9300 103rd Street in Jacksonville.

The accident took place when an adult male pedestrian was struck by a vehicle, according to the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office. The pedestrian allegedly sustained life-threatening injuries and his condition is not yet known.

The westbound lanes of the roadway were closed down while rescue crews and investigators responded to the scene around 6:50 p.m.

At this time, the Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate.
