Middleburg, FL – Pedestrian Accident with Injuries on County Rd 220

Middleburg, FL (February 19, 2020) – On Tuesday afternoon, February 18, a pedestrian accident with injuries took place on County Road 220 in Middleburg. The pedestrian was struck by a passing vehicle.

The Clay County Fire Rescue reported that the pedestrian was struck close to College Drive and the local Walmart not far from the elementary school.

The pedestrian was taken to the hospital with injuries but their condition is not currently known.

The investigation into the accident continues at this time.
