Saint Augustine, FL (January 15, 2020) – Around 2 p.m. this afternoon, a serious car crash took place with injuries on FL-16 in Saint Augustine.

The accident, according to police, took place in the westbound lanes of the highway around the area of I-95.

Police did not comment on the exact circumstances of the collision but it has been stated that multiple vehicles collided with one another for reasons that are not yet known.

There were injuries reported in relation to the collision and paramedics were present at the scene.

The investigation into the circumstances of the collision continues.
