Satsuma, FL – Car Accident with Injuries on Orange Ave at Cove Dr
Satsuma, FL (May 8, 2020) – Around 1 p.m. this afternoon, authorities and other responders were dispatched to the scene of a car accident in Satsuma.
When police arrived at the scene of the accident, they found that two vehicles collided with one another. The accident, according to police, took place at the intersection of South Orange Avenue and Cove Drive.
Paramedics were present at the scene of the accident to assist those with injuries. However, their conditions are not yet known. It is believed that the injured victims were hospitalized.
Southbound lanes were blocked at the intersection for a period of time and drivers in the area were urged to use northbound traffic until the scene was cleared.
No further details have been provided but the accident remains under investigation.
