St. Augustine, FL – Fatal Rollover Crash at County Rd 210 Intersection
St. Augustine, FL (December 6, 2019) – Around 5:30 a.m. this morning, a woman lost her life in a fatal rollover crash at a St. Augustine intersection involving two vehicles.
Police claim that the accident happened at the intersection of County Road 210 and I-95 in St. Johns County. The Sheriff’s Office confirmed that the collision occurred when the woman was leaving the Pilot Travel Center when her vehicle was suddenly struck by a pickup truck.
The woman’s vehicle immediately and forcefully overturned. She was immediately taken to the Baptist Hospital South but pronounced dead while there.
Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the collision.
