St. Augustine, FL – Hit-and-Run Crash with Injuries on I-95

St. Augustine, FL (May 28, 2020) – This afternoon, authorities were dispatched to the scene of a hit-and-run crash in St. Augustine.

Though few details have been released regarding the accident, police have confirmed that it took place at 1 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-95.

According to authorities, a vehicle slammed into another on the highway and then fled the scene of the accident. Police have not confirmed if they caught up with the driver responsible for the accident.

Injuries were reported in one or more parties due to the accident. It is believed that the parties were hospitalized.

No further details were reported but the investigation into the accident continues.
