Jacksonville, FL – Multi-Vehicle Collision with Injuries on FL-9
Jacksonville, FL (November 12, 2019) – Around 4:30 a.m., police responded to the scene of a multi-vehicle collision with injuries on FL-9 in Jacksonville.
Various emergency responders were dispatched to the scene of the collision, which took place in the northbound lanes of the highway. Two lanes of traffic were blocked due to the collision, which stretched across the entirety of the northbound side of the highway. The total number of vehicles involved is not known at this time.
Paramedics and other emergency services were present and helping those with injuries. Unfortunately, we do not know how many were injured at this time.
There were extensive delays in the area for several hours before police were able to move all vehicles from the roadway.
No other details have been released but the investigation is currently ongoing.
