Lake City, FL – Fatal Bicycle Collision on Lake Jeffery Rd
Lake City, FL (January 12, 2020) – On Saturday evening, the Florida Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a fatal bicycle collision on Lake Jeffery Road.
A 26-year-old driver was in his 2019 Corolla when he suddenly struck the back of a bicycle being driven by 52-year-old Alan Odom.
Authorities arrived at the scene around 6:20 p.m. and tragically pronounced Odom deceased.
Police have said that they are not charging the driver at this time. However, their investigation is currently ongoing.
