Jacksonville, FL – Car Accident on I-95 Near Emerson St
Jacksonville, FL (April 5, 2020) – Around 1 p.m. this afternoon, Jacksonville Police responded to the scene of a car accident on a major highway.
According to police, the collision took place in the northbound lanes of I-95 around the area of Emerson Street.
Though few details have been provided regarding the accident, it is believed that two or more vehicles collided with one another. The vehicles blocked the northbound left lane for a period of time, leading to delays in the area.
Paramedics were present at the scene of the accident and assisted those with injuries.
No further details have been released but the investigation is currently ongoing.
